| 摘 要： | 近年来天然药物及其提取物在预防和治疗方面的作用引起了医学界研究者的广泛关注,白花丹的提取物——白花丹醌在治疗肝纤维化方面及其他领域成为研究者的首选之一。最近的研究表明白花丹醌在癌症治疗方面是理想的重药,鉴于其用途极大,为了进一步临床前制剂开发研究,就白花丹醌的提取、药理作用以及综合利用作如下述说。

| Abstract: | In recent years,natural drugs and their extracts in the prevention and treatment of the role of the medical profession attracted wide attention of researchers,extracts of Plumbago-Plumbago quinone in the treatment of liver fibrosis and other fields is the first choice for researchers.Recent studies have shown Plumbago quinone in cancer treatment is ideal.Because of its great application,preparation for further pre-clinical development and research,this paper reviewed Plumbago quinone extraction,utilization and pharmacological effects. |
