电针治疗无抑制性神经原性膀胱的临床观察

目的:研究电针治疗无抑制性神经原性膀胱的临床疗效。方法:将111例卒中后尿失禁患者随机分为两组,针灸组56例,采用电针肾俞、会阳穴进行治疗,对照组55例,为空白对照组,两组病人均采用西医常规药物及改善肢体功能的针刺治疗,评测两组在治疗前和治疗4周后尿失禁程度,并对其临床疗效进行分析。结果:治疗4周后尿失禁程度各组组内比较(P0.01),各组疗后均优于疗前,各组组间比较(P0.01),针刺组优于对照组。结论:电针治疗无抑制性神经原性膀胱疗效显著,能明显改善患者的症状。

Clinical Study of Electro-acupuncture on Patients with Uninhibited Neurogenic Bladder

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture on patients with uninhibited neurogenic bladder.Method:111 cases of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke were randomly divided into two groups:there were 56 cases in acupuncture group which were treated by electro-acupuncture at Shenshu,Huiyang.The other 55 cases were treated as a controlled group.These patients in both groups were treated by conventional Western medicine and acupuncture treatment for improving the function of limbs.The urination frequency and degree of incontinence were evaluated in both groups before and four weeks after treatment,so did its clinical effect.Results:There was significant difference before and after treatment within and between each groups on the urination frequency and the degree of urinary incontinence and maximum capacity of bladder(P<0.01).Acupuncture group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Electro-acupuncture can improve the symptom of patients of uninhibited neurogenic bladder.
