养心汤对不稳定型心绞痛患者舌象影响的临床观察

目的:通过观察不稳定型心绞痛患者服用养心汤前后舌象的变化,总结不稳定型心绞痛患者舌象特征及演变规律,同时比较两种舌象采集方法以及舌象分析方法,为客观化舌象研究寻找新的途径。方法:选择符合诊断标准的不稳定型心绞痛患者103例,按疗程服用养心汤,采集舌象,进行统计分析。结果:两种研究方法未能得到一致的结果,RBG分量统计结果阴性,而肉眼观察发现舌红少苔人数为12占总人数的22.64%对照组为12占总人数的24%而治疗后试验组舌红少苔人数下降为10占总人数的18.86%而对照组人数上升为28人占总人数的56%。

Yangyin Decoction on Tongue Picture of Patients with Unstable Angina

Objective:To observe the tongue picture changes of unstable angina patients treated with Yangyin Decoction,summarize the tongue picture characteristics and evolution of patients with unstable angina and compare the two collection methods and tongue analysis method for the objective study.Methods:103 patients with unstable angina pectoris met the diagnostic criteria were given Yangyin Decoction,collecting tongue pictures for statistical analysis.Results:The research did not obtain consistent results,RBG component got negative results,and visual observation found that the number of red tongue with little coating was 12(22.64%)and in the control group was 12(24%).After treatment,the number in treated group decreased to 10(18.86%)and in the control group increased to 28(56%).
