慢性肾脏病肾虚证患者尿液渗透压状况分析

目的:研究尿渗透压与慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者的肾虚的关系。方法:121例CKD患者按慢性肾炎(前期)中医辨证标准积分分为肾阴虚组63例和肾阳虚组58例,30例无肾脏疾病,中医无肾虚证者为对照组,检测肝肾功能、尿常规、尿渗透压。结果:CKD患者中,尿渗透压结果与中医症状积分有显著的相关,即在肾阴虚病人中医症状积分越高,尿渗透压结果越高,肾阳虚病人,中医症状积分越高,尿渗透压结果越低。结论:尿渗透压可以作为CKD的中医辨证的客观化指标之一。

Analysis on Urine Osmolality of Chronic Kidney Disease Patients with Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To study the relationship between urine osmolality and deficiency of kidney in patients with chronic kidney diseases(CKD).Methods:121 cases of CKD were selected as the studied subjects according to TCM differentiation standard integral,including 63 cases of kidney Yin deficiency(KYD),58 cases of kidney Yang deficiency(KYGD),the controlled group with 30 cases of no kidney diseases and no kidney deficiency.Regular tests of liver function,renal function,urine routine and urine osmolality were made.Results:The higher the integral of TCM symptoms in KYD was,the higher the urine osmolality was;the lower the integral of TCM symptoms in KYGD was,the lower the urine osmolality was.Conclusion:Urine osmolality is one of the objective indicators of TCM differentiation.
