泄浊益肾方对高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠肾脏的保护作用

目的:观察泄浊益肾方对高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠肾脏的保护作用及作用机制。方法:利用腺嘌呤加乙胺丁醇复制高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组及西药(别嘌呤醇)对照组(n=10),检测血清尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮及观察肾组织病理变化。结果:中药各剂量组大鼠血尿酸明显下降,与模型对照组相比差异显著(P0.01),尤中药中剂量组;中药各剂量组血肌酐、尿素氮均较模型对照组降低(P0.01或P0.05),尤中药高、中剂量组更为显著;中药各剂量组病理改变较轻,接近正常对照组。结论:泄浊益肾方能够降低高尿酸血症肾损害大鼠的血尿酸、肌酐、尿素氮,改善肾功能,对肾脏病理有修复保护作用,可防治高尿酸血症肾损害。

Experimental Study of Xiezhuo Yishen Formula on Hyperuricemic Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the effect of Xiezhuo Yishen Formula on Hyperuricemic Nephropathy rat in protection of renal function and its mechanism of action.Methods:The animal mode was induced by Adenine and Ethambutol.The animals were divided into 6 groups,i.e,normal contast group,model contast group,Chinese medicine high dose group,Chinese medicine middle dose group,Chinese medicine low dose group and medicine contast group(Allopurinol)(n=10).The levels of SUA,SCr and BUN were measured and pathological changes of kidney were observed.Results:The values of SUA of each dose of Chinese medicine group were obviously decreased after treatment(P<0.01),especially the level of SUA of Chinese medicine middle dose group;compared with model contast group,the amount of SUA and BUN in Chinese medicine each dose group decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),particularly Chinese medicine high and middle dose group;pathological changes was light in different dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine,close to the normal contast group.Conclusion:Xiezhuo Yishen Formula can regulate SUA,SCr and BUN in the rats hyperuricemic nephropathy,improve the renal function and repair renal pathological role,prevent and treat hyperuricemic renal impairment.
