| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气活血中药配合运动疗法对心衰病人生活质量疗效的影响。方法:共选取90例慢性心力衰竭患者,其中60例在西药治疗基础上,加用中药配合运动康复疗法和6min步行法的测定,8周后进行明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表的评分和症状积分的比较。结果:中药加康复运动治疗组明尼苏达生活质量调查积分和症状积分明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:益气活血中药结合运动疗法能提高慢性心力衰竭患者的生活质量和临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of qi-reinforcing-and-blood-activating method with exercise acting on the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:90 patients with chronic heart failure were selected,on the basis of the western medicine treatment,60 cases were given Chinese medicine treatment and the 6-minute walk test.All patient were rated by Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire after 8 weeks.Results:Points of the Minnesota Health and Quality of Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-reinforcing-and-blood-activating method with exercise can improve clinical curative effect and the life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. |
