加味寒淋汤辨证治疗慢性泌尿系感染临床疗效观察

目的:观察加味寒淋汤治疗慢性泌尿系感染(寒淋)的临床疗效。方法:73例辨证属寒淋的慢性泌尿系感染患者随机分为加味寒淋汤治疗组与左氧氟沙星对照组,两组均口服给药14天,对比两组临床疗效及治疗后尿沉渣镜下视野的平均细菌个数。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.44%,对照组总有效率为75.67%,两组间疗效存在显著性差异(P0.05)。1个疗程后,治疗组镜下平均细菌数(7.50±5.14)个/HP,对照组镜下平均细菌数(12.08±6.36)个/HP,两组间存在显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:加味寒淋汤病菌清除率高,针对寒淋证具有良好的临床疗效。

Study on Clinical Curative Effects of Modified Hanlin Decoction on Chronic Urinary Tract Infection

Objective:Evaluation of the clinical curative effects of Modified Hanlin Decoction on chronic urinary tract infection was made.Methods:73 cases of cold stranguria were recruited and divided into two groups randomly:treatment group was treated by Modified Hanlin Decoction,and control group treated by Levofloxacin hydrochloride.The clinical curative effect and average bacteria quantity on microscopic view urine dreg of the two groups were compared 14 days later.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,while 75.67% in control group.There was obviously statistical difference between two groups(P< 0.05);after a period of treatment,the microscopically average bacteria number of the treatment group was(7.50±5.14)/HP,while(12.08±6.36)/HP in control group.There was obviously statistical difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:With high germs clearance rate,Modified Hanlin Decoction has good clinical curative effect for cold stranguria.
