| 摘 要： | 目的:研究豨莶草对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:用碳粒廓清法、溶血素抗体测定法、耳廓肿胀法检测豨莶草对小鼠单核吞噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血素抗体生成(HC50)、迟发型超敏反应以及胸腺指数和脾指数的影响。结果:豨莶草使小鼠吞噬指数和吞噬系数、HC50、胸腺指数和脾指数、耳肿胀度均降低,与空白组有显著性差异。结论:豨莶草对正常小鼠的免疫功能具有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective :To study the immuno-regulating effect of Herba Siegesbeckiae on normal mice.Methods:Herba Siegesbeckiae was given,then mononuclear macrophage functions were examined by carbon particle clearance test and antibody of hemolysin test and the delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)model induced by dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB)was was measured by auricle swelling and the indexes of thymus and spleen were calculated.Results:The phagocytotic ability of macrophages for carbon particle and the indexes of thymus and spleen and the amount of hemolytic antibody and the auricle swelling were lower than those of the control group.Conclusion:Herba Siegesbeckiae can inhibit immunologic function of mice. |
