中医药干预在女性不孕症促排卵治疗中的优势探析

摘    要:目的:探讨中医药干预在女性不孕症促排卵治疗中的优势。方法:108例多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、盆腔炎不孕患者400个月经周期,常规运用西药HCG促排卵治疗,联合口服中药汤剂、中药外敷、针灸干预治疗,观察其排卵率、临床妊娠率、LUFS发生率、OHSS发生率、异位妊娠率、多胎率。结果:108例400个周期排卵率86.75%,临床妊娠率81.48%,LUFS发生率13.25%,OHSS发生率7.25%,异位妊娠率4.63%,多胎发生率7.95%,与文献报道单纯用HCG诱发排卵有显著性差异。结论:中医药干预在女性不孕症促排卵治疗中具有明显特色和优势,值得发掘整理、推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the advantage that TCM intervention inducting ovulation in infertile women.Method:108 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,endometriosis and pelvic inflammatory disease included 400 menstrual cycle.The control group were given Western medicine to induct ovulation,the othe groups were combined with herb taken orally,external herb and acupuncture separately.And then observe the ovulation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,the incidence of LUFS,OHSS,ectopic pregnancy and multiple pregnancy.Results:The ovulation rate was 86.75%,clinical pregnancy rate was 81.48%,the incidence of LUFS was 13.25%,incidence of OHSS was 7.25%,ectopic pregnancy rate was 4.63%,multiple pregnancy rate was 7.95%.There was a significant difference from the reported literature that using HCG simply.Conclusion:TCM intervention inducting ovulation has significant feature and advantage in infertile women.It is worth exploring,arrangement and application.
