摘    要:目的:分析大腹皮中挥发性成分的化学组成。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)萃取大腹皮中挥发性成分,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对大腹皮的挥发性成分进行分析。结果:从大腹皮中共分离出60个色谱峰,鉴定出其中36种化合物,占总量的87.48%。其中主要成分为萘(54.93%)、二丁基羟基甲苯(7.21%)、3,4-二甲氧基甲苯(4.74%)等。结论:首次采用SPME-GC-MS联用技术分析大腹皮挥发性成分,为大腹皮的开发利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the compositions of volatile constitue- nts in Areca Pericarpium.Methods: The volatile constituents were extracted with headspace solid phase micro extraction(HS-SPME),and their contents and names were confirmed by GC-MS.Results: 60 compounds were identified from Areca Pericarpium and 36 of them were separated.The later made up 87.48% of the total amount.The main components obtained from Areca Pericarpium were Naphthalene(54.93%),Butylated Hydroxytoluene(7.21%) and 3,4-Dimethoxytoluene (4.74%).Conclusion: The compounds in Areca Pericarpium firstly confirmed in this study which will provide scientific evidence for the development of Areca Pericarpium.
