| 摘 要： | 目的:建立牛黄解毒丸(水丸)的大黄、冰片薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法:对大黄、冰片进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所用方法简便,重现性好,可用于牛黄解毒丸(水丸)的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish distinguish method about rheum officinale and borneol by Thin Layer Chromatography in Niuhuang Jiedu Wan (water pill).Method:distinguish rheum officinale and borneol by Thin Layer Chromatography.Result:we can see clearly spots on the sheet,there’s no negative interference.Conclusion:this method is of convenient and accurate,it has high repeatability and can be used to control Niuhuang Jiedu Wan(water pill)’ quality. |
