我院212例药品不良反应的分析

目的:分析我院不良反应发生的特点和规律,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2010～2011年共上报212例不良反应,根据患者性别与年龄分布、给药途径、既往过敏史、药品种类、ADR的处理和预后、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计和分析。结果:212例ADR报告中涉及药品(不含输液)有89品种,其中中药注射剂42例,占46.5%,其次是抗感染药22例,占34.7%;静脉滴注的ADR发生率最高,占90.6%,在ADR累及的器官中,皮肤及其附件比例最高。结论:加强和重视ADR的上报,促进临床的合理安全用药。

Analysis of 212 Reporting Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital

Objective:To analyze the characteristic and law of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in our hospital and provide the information of clinical rational administration.Methods:212 cases of ADR reports were collected in our hospital(2011～2012)and their data were appropriately statistically analyzed according to gender and the age distribution of patents,the route of administration,the past history of allergy,drug variety,the treatment and prognosis of ADR and the clinical manifestation.Result:Of the 212 cases,89 kinds of drugs were involved(not including infusion),leading the list were Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection(42 kinds,46.5%),followed by anti-infection drugs(22 kinds 34.7%).Intravenous infusion (192 cases/times,90.6%) was the main route of administration.And the main type of ADR were lesions of skin and accessories.Conclusion:We should Strengthen and pay attention to the ADR report,to promote rational drug use in clinic.
