摘    要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定氟哌啶醇注射液含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为AgilentEclipseXDBC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(40∶60)(用磷酸调节pH值至3.5);流速1.0mL·min-1;检测波长248nm;柱温25℃。结果:氟哌啶醇进样量在0.1069~1.0690μg范围内与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.66%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为氟哌啶醇注射液质量控制的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a quantitative method for Haloperidol Injection by RP-HPLC. Methods:Agilent Eclipse XDB C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used. The 0.1mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution - methanol(40∶60)(adjusting pH to 3.5 with phosphoric acid)solution was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 . The detection wavelength was set at 248nm. Column temperature:25℃ .Results:The linear range of Haloperidol was 0.1069~1.0690μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery rate was 99.16% with RSD 0.66%(n =6).Conclusion:The method is convenient and accurate, reproducible and sensitive,which can be used to control the quality of Haloperidol Injection.
