| 摘 要： | 目的:优化左金分散片的乙醇提取工艺。方法:以吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱的提取率为指标,采用L9(3)4正交试验法对左金分散片的乙醇提取工艺进行优选。结果:左金分散片乙醇提取的最佳工艺路线为:加5倍量80%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5小时。结论:该提取工艺简单可行,提取率高,适于工业生产。

| Abstract: | Objective:Optimization of alcohol extraction technology of Zuojin dispersible tablets. Methods: To vodiamine and rutaecarpine for index,use L9(3)4 orthogonal test on alcohol extraction process of Zuojin dispersible tablets.Results:The optimum ethanol extraction route of Zuojin dispersible tablets:with 5 times of water,extract 3 times,each time 1.5 hours.Conclusions:The extraction process is simple and feasible,with high extraction rate,and is suitable for industrial production. |
