温阳健脾法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性浅表性胃炎150例

目的:观察温阳健脾法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法:将150例患者随机分为治疗组84例和对照组66例,治疗组应用温阳健脾汤每天150mL,对照组给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊加吗丁啉治疗,1个月后观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效30例,有效49例,无效5例,总有效率92.8%。对照组显效15例,有效39例,无效l2例,总有效率68.2%。治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:温阳健脾汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效确切,明显优于对照组。

Warming Yang and Invigorating Spleen Treatment of Spleen Deficiency Type Chronic Superficial Gastritis 150 Cases

Objective:To observe the curative effect of decoction for warming yang and invigorating spleen to treat spleen deficiency type chronic superficial gastritis.Method:150 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 84 cases and control group 66 cases,The cases in treatment group were treated with Decoction for warming yang and invigorating spleen to Regu late Stomach,l5Oml a day.The ones in control group were done with ray Bella pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules combined with domperidone,The clinical efficacy of treatment included after 1 months.Result:In treatment group,30 cases were excellent,49 ones effective。and 5 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 92.8%.In control group 15 cases were excellent,39 ones effective,and 1 2 ones inefective.The total effective rate was68.2%.Treatment group was better remarkably thancontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for warming yang and invigorating spleen to Regulate Stomach has reliable curativeeffect on superficial gastritis.After being treated the patient can recover quickly and is not easy to recur.
