| 摘 要： | Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒作为载体具有宿主范围广、感染效率高和可携带大片段外源基因等优势,将其改造为溶瘤病毒治疗恶性肿瘤是当前国内外研究人员的研究重点。本文就I型单纯疱疹病毒溶瘤药物的相关研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Oncolytic herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ vectors show many advantages,such as high-efficiency infection throughout a tumor mass and directly kill the cancer cells,carry large fraction of the exogenous gene etc.At present,researchers are still studying more drugs of oncolytic herpes simplex virus type 1 as vectors for treating malignant tumors.In this paper,we will summarize progress in research on these drugs. |
