中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃痛临床护理观察

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷对慢性胃痛患者临床疗效及副作用。方法:应用随机双盲法将210名慢性胃痛患者均分为三组,观察组1(组1)、观察组2(组2)、对照组,各组间年龄、性别、胃痛原因以及病程均无显著性差异(P>0.05),基础治疗包括:制酸、保护胃黏膜以及抗幽门螺旋杆菌等治疗,各组在基础治疗的基础上,组1采用胃痛贴贴敷中脘穴,组2则在胃痛贴的基础上加用口服止痛药,对照组采用止痛药物治疗,观察各组患者胃痛症状缓解或者消失的时间、程度以及口干、面红、心动过速、小便不出等副作用,患者依从性以及治疗组患者有无局部皮肤损伤,疗程均为7天。结果:观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),组1未见副作用显著优于其他两组(P<0.01),组1患者依从性优于其他两组(P<0.01),组2与对照组比较,均出现副作用,观察组局部皮肤无明显损伤。结论:中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃痛疗效确切,无明显副作用,患者依从性好。

Acupoint application of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic stomach clinical nursing observation

Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment efficacy of chronic gastralgia by ZhongWan acupuncture point with the traditional Chinese medicine-Stomach Pain Posted Methods:Adopting random double blind standards:210 patients with chronic gastralgia were grouped equally into three subgroups:the first observation group(group1,treating primary diseases meanwhile with the WeiTongTie)、the second observation group(group2,treating primary diseases meanwhile with the WeiTongTie and analgesia with Western medicine)and the control group(treating primary diseases and analgesia with Western medicine);Primary care including inhibit gastric acid secretion、protect gastric mucosa、Anti-Helicobacter pylori etc treatment ;all the time of therapy is 7days。On sexuality、age、stomach pain reasons and course of diease etc,there was no significant difference with each interblock(P<0.01)。Then,observing the clinical effect of each group patients,analyzing and comparing all the results by statistics.Results:In complete response rate and total effective rate,the first group and and the second group had an extremely significant advantage than the control group(P<0.01).In appearing with the side effect of thirst and flush,tachycardia etc,the group 1 was extremely significantly lower than the control group and the group 2(P<0.01).On compliance,the first group was better than the other groups;Conclusions:The clinical treatment efficacy and compliance was significant and safe for chronic gastralgia by ZhongWan acupuncture point with the traditional Chinese medicine-Stomach Pain Posted,and satisfactory potency ratio.
