盐酸西替利嗪治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床观察

目的：观察西替利嗪治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的疗效及不良反应。方法：给予136例PAR患每日口服西替利嗪10mg，连续4周，禁用其他抗过敏药或滴鼻剂。结果：随访1年，显效87例（63．97％），有效40例（29．41％），无效9例（6．62％），总有效率93．38％，无严重并发症发生。结论：西替利嗪治疗PAR具有疗效显，不良反应少等优点，有较好临床应用价值。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Cetirizine Hydrochloride in 136 Cases with Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

AIM: The purpose is to study the effect of cetirizine hydrochloride on perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). METHODS: 136 cases of PAR were treated by cetirizine hydrochloride. Each patient took cetirizine hydrochloride, 10 mg per day for 4-weeks, and other drugs were forbidden. Cetirizine hydrchloride was used for improving the recurrence symptoms in one year follow-up. RESULTS: The overall effective (excellent/good) rate was 93.38% (excellent 63.97% , good 29.41%). Total symptom score (TSS) before treatment and TSS after treatment had significant difference (P<0.01). The recurrence rate was 68.38%, but 84 recurrence cases symptoms were lighter than those of pre-treatment. All treatments were well tolerated,and no serious adverse events occurred. CONCLUSION: The curative effect of cetirizine hydrchloride in the treatment for PAR is satisfactory, and the adverse reaction is slight, so it is one of the efficacious antihistamines to treat PAR.
