重症监护病房危重患者肠功能障碍诊治进展

肠功能障碍在重症监护病房(ICU)多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)患者中较为常见,肠黏膜屏障功能障碍与MODS关系密切,MODS合并肠黏膜屏障功能障碍不能缓解患者的病情,病死率高。肠功能障碍是MODS诊治中的重要环节,充分认识其临床特点及在病程中的作用,对提高ICU危重患者的救治有着重要意义。治疗上包括积极治疗原发病、营养支持、维护肠屏障功能和消化道解剖功能重建等,中西医结合治疗以改善MODS患者肠功能具有一定潜力。

Diagnosis and Treatment of ICU Patients with Intestinal Dysfunction

Intestinal dysfunction is common in the ICU multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)patients,intestinal mucosa barrier dysfunction is closely related with MODS,MODS combined with intestinal mucosa barrier dysfunction will not ease under a critical ill condition,and has a high mortality rate.Intestinal dysfunction is an important link to MODS diagnosis and treatment,a full understanding of its clinical characteristics and its function in the course of the ill,has vital significance to improve the treatment of ICU critical patients.Treatment includes active treatment of the original disease,nutrition support,maintaining intestinal mucous function and gastrointestinal anatomy function reconstruction etc.,combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment to improve MODS patients intestinal function has some potential.
