| 摘 要： | 目的：观察老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴睑内翻倒睫手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：对老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴睑内翻倒睫的手术适应证患者,在局麻下行老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴睑内翻倒睫矫正术。结果：本组115例221眼,均Ⅰ期愈合。术后1周36眼正矫,185眼轻度过矫。术后2周125眼正矫,96眼轻度过矫。术后4周213眼正矫（占96.38%）,7眼轻度过矫（占3.17%）,1眼轻度欠矫（占0.45%）。结论：手术量的合理设计是手术成功的关键,清晰的组织解剖是手术成功的保障。
