慢性细菌性前列腺炎283例综合治疗的临床研究

目的探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎的有效治疗方法。方法283例慢性细菌性前列腺炎（CBP）患者随机分成3组：综合治疗组95例：抗生素加前列腺注药、尿道加压灌药；抗生素组94例；中成药组94例。治疗2个月，随访1～3个月，对比分析3种疗法的疗效。结果综合治疗组慢性前列腺炎症状指数（CPSI）平均分值由治疗前的19．4±5．2减少到治疗后的5．2±3．2，抗生素组和中成药组CPSI分别由治疗前的15．3±6．2和16．3±5．0减少到治疗后的10．2±2．2和13．2±3．2，综合治疗组、抗生素组和中成药组的前列腺液常规正常的患者分别为75例（78．99％）、48例（51％）、32例（32．2％）；3组细菌培养转阴者分别为85例（89．5％）、64例（68％）和24例（24％）。综合治疗组与其他2组之间均有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论综合疗法治疗CBP疗效满意，优于单一治疗方法。

Clinical research on the combined treatment of 283 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis

Objective To evaluate the effects of combined therapy for chronic bacterial prostatitis. Methods A total of 283 patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups： the combined treatment group including 95 patients who underwent combination of antibiotherapy and antibiotic injection in prostate; the antibiotic group including 94 patients; the Chinese patent medicine group including 94 patients. The treatment course for each group was 2 months. The follow up lasted for 1-3 months. The therapeutic effects of the 3 therapies were compared and analyzed. Results In the 3 groups, the average scores of chronic prostatitis symptom index （CPSI） were reduced from 19.4 ± 5.2, 16.3 ± 5.6, and 15.3 ± 6.2 before treatment to 5.2±3.2, 10.2±2.2 and 13.2±3.2 after treatment. After 8 weeks of treatment, the number of the patients, with normal EPS （WBC〈10/HP） was 75（78.99%）, 48（51%）, and 32（32.2%） in the combined treatment group, antibiotic group, and Chinese patent medicine group respectively. The bacterium negative rate in the combined treatment group, antibiotic group, and Chinese patent medicine group was 85（89.5%）, 64（68%）, and 24（23.9%） respectively. There was significant difference between the combined therapy group and the other two control groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of combined therapy was satisfactory and significantly better than that of the single-method therapy.
