| 摘 要： | 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定氯硝西泮片含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),柱温30℃,流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm。结果氯硝西泮在进样量0.4~2.0μg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.4%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.69%(n=5)。结论本法专属性强、稳定、准确,适用于氯硝西泮片的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a high-performance liquid chromatographic determination of clonazepam in tablets by the method. Method C 18 column, a mobile phase of methanol - water （70 ： 30）, the temperature 30℃, flow rate： 1.0 mL/min, detected at 254 nm. Results Clonazepam in the injection of 0.4-2.0μg within the framework of a good linear relationship, r=0.9999; average recovery rate was 100.4 percent, the relative standard deviation RSD was 0.69% （n = 5）. Conclusion This specific, stable, accurate and applicable to clonazepam-determination. |
