| 摘 要： | 目的探讨喉癌的CT诊断价值。方法对32例经病理证实的喉鳞癌患者行CT检查,所有数据采用SPSS10.00软件包处理,统计方法采用χ2检验,以α=0.05为检验水准。结果本组32例喉癌,CT判断肿瘤位置的正确率为87.5%(28/32),CT诊断前联合受累的准确率为87.5%(7/8),CT显示会厌前间隙及喉旁间隙浸润的准确率为100%(10/10)。本组喉癌CT分期及临床分期准确率分别为90.6%和65.6%,二者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论CT检查对诊断喉癌及术前分型分期有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT for laryngeal cancer.Methods Thirty-two patients with squamous cancer of larynx verified pathologically underwent CT scan.All data were analyzed with SPSS 10.00 software.Results The diagnostic accurate rate of tumor localization by CT was 87.5%.The diagnostic accurate rates in evaluating the involving anterior commissure and the infiltrative extent in preepiglottic space and larynx space by tumor with CT were 87.5% and 100% respectively.The accurate rates in staging of tumors by CT and clinic were 90.6% and 65.6% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion CT plays an important role in diagnosis and preoperative staging of laryngeal cancer. |
