天津市2006～2008年梅毒流行趋势分析

目的了解天津市2006～2008年梅毒流行趋势,对今后的预防控制提出建议。方法对天津市梅毒疫情数据和人群血清学监测数据进行分析。结果梅毒报告病例由2006年的1694例增长到2008年的3221例,年均增长37.89%。报告病例中以一期、二期及隐性梅毒为主。人群血清学监测未见梅毒感染率有增长趋势。男男同性性接触者和暗娼的感染率较高,分别为16.98%和7.1%。结论天津市梅毒流行处于平稳状态。性病病例报告实行网络直报后,使得疫情报告的及时性和准确性增强。监测数据提示,急需在高危人群中开展广泛的梅毒筛查和治疗,以有效降低相关人群的感染率,进而控制梅毒的流行,促进艾滋病的预防与控制。

Prevalent trend of syphilis in Tianjin from 2006 to 2008

Objective To understand the trend of syphilis in Tianjin from 2006 to 2008,and make recommendations for the future intervention and prevention effort.Method Reported cases of syphilis and data from routine prevalence studies were collected and analyzed.Result.The syphilis cases increased from 1694 in 2006 to 3221 in 2008,increasing 37.89% per year.Secondary,primary and latent syphilis were the main types of the reported syphilis.Seroprevalence monitoring among specific high-risk populations and blood donors suggested syphilis rates seem to keep a stable endemic level.The highest disease monitoring and information report systems promote the syphilis case reporting system in Tianjin.The true endemic level of syphilis keeps stable.Given the high prevalence of syphilis among high-risk groups,the spread of syphilis must be attacked.Comprehensive health education and behavioral intervention are urgently needed.Voluntary syphilis screening and linkage to free care in high-incidence population subgroups could lead to quickly declining of incidence rate of syphilis.
