附睾碱性磷酸酶分布的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨附睾碱性磷酸酶的分布及作用.方法:雄必习附睾恒冷箱切片,碱性磷酸酶钙钴法染色。结果:附睾头部的附睾管上皮细胞游离缘碱性磷酸酶呈强阳性反应,附睾体部酶反应阴性,附睾尾部的附睾管上皮细胞基底部基膜碱性磷酸酶反应阳性。结论:附睾头、体、尾三部分的碱性磷酸酶分布有明显的区域判别附睾中碱性磷酸酶可能参与了精子成熟发育和分化中的物质代和物质交换及生化血附睾屏障的形成。

Abstract:To explore the distribution and effect of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in epididymis of mice. Methods: Adult male mice's epididymides obtained were cut into slice in a constant cold box. The slices were stained with calcium--cobolt staining method to define the distribution of ALP in epididymis. Results: Strong positive reactions were observed in the free margins of the epithelial cells on the epididymal duct of the head and positive in the basement membrane of the tail, but negative reactions were observed in the body. The results showed that the distribution of ALP in the above three sites of epididymis was distinctly different. Conclusion: The location of ALP in the head, body and tail of the epididymis is distinctly different, suggesting that ALP has different metabolic functions in each site of epididymis during the sperm development and differentiation. We may also assume that ALP involves in the formation of the blood-epididymis barrier.
