| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腔内冷刀切开，电切与术后尿道扩张联合治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁的疗效，方法：用经尿道冷刀切开或加用电切术与术后尿道扩张联合治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁，结果：疗效显著，总有效率82％，结论：腔内冷切，电切与术后尿道扩张相结合是治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁的较为理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutical effect of endoscopic cold incision, cauterization and postoperative urethral dilation to treat the urethral stricture or atresia. Method: 87 patients with urethral stricture or atresia were treated with endoscopic cold incision, cauterization and postoperative urethral dilation. Results: The total effective rate was 82%. Conclusions: The combined application of endoscopic incision, cauterization and postoperative urethral dilation is an effective treatment for the urethral stricture and atresia. |
