| 摘 要： | 目的：比较萘丁美酮与奈普生治疗类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）疗效。方法：萘丁美酮组４４例，服１．０ｇ，ｑｎ，４ｗｋ，萘普生组３２例，服０．２５ｇ，ｂｉｄ，４ｗｋ，用双盲对照法。前组１２例、后组１０例服药延长至０．５ａ。结果：４ｗｋ总有效率前组为６６％，后组４７％，０．５ａ总有效率前组９２％，后组７０％，但均无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：２药对ＲＡ的疗效相似，但不良反应胃烧灼感与水肿，萘丁美酮少于萘普生。

| Abstract: | AIM: To campare the therapeutic effects of nabumetone and naproxen in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA). METHODS: Nabumetone group of 44 patients received 1.0g, qn, for 4 wk,naproxen group of 32 patients received 0.25g, bid, for 4 wk,in double-blind method. The therapeutic courses of 12 patients of the former group and 10 patients of the latter group were prolonged to 0.5a, RESULTS: Total response rate of the former group was 66%, that of the latter group was 47% at 4 wk. At 0. 5a total response rates were 92% and 70%, respectively, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). CONCLUSION: The therapeutic effects of both drugs in treating RA were similar, but the adverse reactions of heart burn and edema after nabumetone were less than those after naproxen. |
