安全管理在骨科护理中的应用效果分析

目的:探讨安全管理在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年10月到2010年10月本院收治的骨折患者203例,随机分成观察组102例,对照组101例,对照组患者仅进行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上进行护理安全管理。比较两组患者的护理应用效果。结果:观察组平均住院时间为(25.6±2.5)天,对照组平均住院时间为(30.5±3.6)天,两组在平均住院时间上具有显著性差异,(t=11.2585,P<0.05),有统计学意义;观察组满意度评价为(85.6±6.5)分,对照组满意度评价为(60.2±3.2)分,两组在满意度评价上具有显著性差异,(t=11.1323,P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:通过安全管理在骨科护理中的临床应用,显著地提高了患者的护理满意度,缩短了患者的平均住院时间,避免了骨科护理中不安全因素的影响,值得临床推广使用。

Safety management in orthopaedic nursing application effect analysis

Objective:To investigate the safety management in orthopedic care in effect.Methods:The fracture patients admitted to hospital in October 2009 to October 2010,203 cases,102 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 101 cases,only routine care control group patients,observation of patients in routine care on the basis of care and safety management.Were compared the effect of patient care applications.Results:The group average length of stay(25.6±2.5) days,the average length of stay in the control group(30.5±3.6) days,two groups with significant differences in the average length of stay(t=11.2585,P<0.05),statistically significant;observation group satisfaction evaluation(85.6±6.5) points in the control group satisfaction evaluation(60.2±3.2),the two groups with significant differences in satisfaction evaluation(t=11.1323,P<0.05),statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical application of safety management in orthopedic care,significantly improve patient care satisfaction,shorten the average length of stay of patients,to avoid the unsafe factors in orthopedic care,is worthy of clinical use.
