| 摘 要： | 目的:建立妇科止带胶囊的薄层鉴别方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对妇科止带胶囊中的椿皮、五味子、黄柏、茯苓四味药材进行定性鉴别。结果:在薄层色谱中分别检出椿皮、五味子、黄柏、茯苓的特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法简便可行,专属性强,重现性好,可有效控制妇科止带胶囊的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a thin layer chromatography(TLC) method for ingredient identification of Fukezhidai capsules.Methods: Cortex Ailanthi,Fructus Schisandrae chinensis,Cortex Phellodendri chinensis and Poria cocos in Fukezhidai capsules were indentified with TLC method.Results: In TLC,special spots of Cortex Ailanthi,Fructus Schisandrae chinensis,Cortex Phellodendri chinensis and Poria cocos were detected respectively without interference in negative control.Conclusions: TLC is a simple,reliable,specific and reproducible method for quality control of Fukezhidai capsules. |
