羟基磷灰石颗粒状经鼻小柱切口植入隆鼻术

目的:探讨一种适合于治疗鞍鼻或伴有鼻尖低平及外伤后鼻塌陷畸形患者的手术方法。方法:应用羟基磷灰石颗粒(颗粒状HA)经鼻小柱切口植入隆鼻术,观察患者对术后满意程度。结果:232例鼻整形病例中满意者219例,约占95%,基本满意11例,约占4%,不满意2例,约占1%。不满意的2例,为术后鼻尖隆起的高度不够,重新作’V’形切口,延长鼻小柱,且同时植入一3毫米球体于鼻尖部后,患者满意。结论:对于鞍鼻或伴有鼻尖低平及外伤后鼻塌陷畸形患者,利用羟基磷灰石颗粒经鼻小柱切口植入隆鼻术,可获满意效果。

Application of Granule Hydroxyapatite Artificial Bone in Projecting Nose Operation through Columella nasi

Objective:To explore an operation style which is suitable to correct saddle nose, or accompanying flattened nasal tip and nose tumbling from trauma. Methods:Granule hydroxyapatite artificial bone was applied to perform operation of projecting nose through columella nasi on 232 patients with saddle nose. Results: The operation effects of 232 patients was satisfactory. Conclusion:The 219 from 232 patients with operation of this projecting nose, about 95% feel satisfactory. The 11 patients, about 4% feel basically satisfactory. The 2 patients, about 1% feel unsatisfactory. Conclusion: The effects of operation of projecting nose by granule hydroxyapatite are good.
