高血压患者社区综合干预5年随访结果分析

目的:探讨降低社区高血压患者发病率及心脑血管事件发生率的办法.方法:对朝阳区管庄东里社区人群进行综合干预,通过对社区人群强化健康教育,提倡健康生活方式,对高血压及相关疾病进行药物治疗等综合干预,观察干预前后高血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率,以及脑卒中和心肌梗死发生率和死亡率.结果:5年来经社区综合干预后高血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率分别提高了56.5%、52.9%及21.9%,脑卒中及心肌梗死发生率及死亡率得以明显下降.结论:提高高血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率是降低社区人群高血压发病率及心脑血管事件发生率和死亡率的关键.

A Five Years Follow- Up Report of Community Comprehensive Intervention for Hypertension

Objective: To investigate the method of reducing hypertension prevalence and incidences of cardiocerebrovascular disease for hypertension in a community population in GuanZhuang Dongli of Beijing. Methods: Community comprehensive intervention for hypertension prevent and control was conducted in GuanZhuang Dongli of Beijing, We built community prevention network for hypertension in a community population from 1997 to 2002 year. People over 25 years and people with hypertension were the target comprehensive intervention group and followed-up 5 years. The rates of hypertension awareness, treatment and control were observed. Results: The rates of hypertension awareness, treatment and control increased by 56.5%, 52.9% and 21.9% respectively. The rate of annual incidence and mortality of stroke and myocardial infarction was decreased. Conclusion: The increasing rates of hypertension awareness, treatment and control is key factor for reducing the incidence and mortality for stroke and myocardial infarction.
