脑转移瘤原发灶、病理类型与临床215例分析

本文报告经手术及病理证实的脑转移瘤２１５例，男１３３例．女８２例，发生于幕上１７４例，幕下４１例．以脑瘤型起病１５４例．以卒中型起病６１例，以头痛、呕吐为首发症状者最多见．病理分类：腺癌最多，鳞癌次之，未分化癌再次之．其它类型均少．能找到原发癌者１４３例．约占三分之二．其中又以肺癌是多，占已知原发癌中７４．６％．结合文献．对脑转移瘤的原发灶、病理类型、临床特点及手术适应证等进行讨论，指出对诊断为脑转移瘤且适合手术的病例．应及时尽力行肿瘤切除术，术后辅以放射、化学、生物等综合治疗．

Primary Focus,Pathological Classification and Clinic of Metastatic Encephaloma:Analysis of 215 Cases

Two hundred and fifteen cases of metastatic enceophaloma which had been verified by surgery and pathology were summarized in the paper. 133 males and 82 females were included in this group. The metastatic encephaloma located in supratentorial area in 174 cases and in subtentorial area in 41 cases.The mode of onset was as "type of brain tumor" in 154 cases and as"type of stroke'in 61 cases.The most common initial symptoms were headache and boasting.The pathologic classification included 108 cases(50.2%) of adenocarcinorna,50 cases(23.3%) of squamous carcinoma,22 cases(11.3K) of undifferentiated carcinoma and several cases of other kinds.The primary carcinoma could be found in 143 cases(approximately 2/3),the most of which was pulmonary carcinoma(74.6%).The primary focus, pathological classification,clinical charactristics, surgical indications and so on for the metastatic encephalorna were discussed with reviewed references in the paper.It was suggested that in those who had been diagnosed as metastatie encephaloma a.nd suited to be performed operation should be taken a tumor removal at an early stage and treated with radiotherapy.chemical therapy,biotherapy after operation.
