硒锰对大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:本文以全合成饲料喂养的大鼠为研究对象,观测了硒、锰对大鼠体内的超氧化物歧化酶的影响。结果表明,单纯低硒组与低硒高锰组心肌,肝脏的超氧化物歧化酶的活性均明显低于对照组,且低硒高锰组心肌超氧化物歧化酶的活性又明显低于单纯低硒组。由此而得出结论,高锰会更加重低硒状态下的大鼠心肌的抗氧化系统的失衡。

Abstract:This paper reports the effect of selenium and manganese on activity of super-oxidase in rats.The resuls showed that in low selenium group and high manga-nese and low selenium group the activity of superoxidase in myocardial andhepatic tissue was markedly decreased as compared with that of control group.Also it was surprisingly found that in high manganese and low selenium groupthe activity of superoxidase in myocardium was significantly lower than that oflow selenium group.These results suggest that high level of manganese couldresult in the inbalance of antioxidation system in myocardium of rats whichwere stated in low level selenium more seriously.
