住院患者中成药应用情况调查与分析

目的:了解住院病患者中成药的应用情况,促进临床合理使用中成药。方法:在医院信息科抽取有使用中成药的病历287份,按照《中成药临床应用指导原则》、《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》、《药品说明书》以及国家卫生和计划生育委员会的相关文件,进行统计分析。结果:使用中成药的病历占病历总数的26.52%;中医师开具中成药病历为11.8%,医师开具中成药病历为88.2%;有中医理论描述的病历为10.8%;使用超说明书的病历为31.7%;药品不良反应的发生率为7.3%,主要为静脉用药;国家基本药物使用率为85.4%;静脉用药占首位(72.1%),其次为口服(18.8%),再其次为外用和肌内注射。结论:住院患者对中成药的应用基本合理,应进一步提高中成药的临床应用能力与管理水平。

Investigation and analysis of the application of Chinese patients in hospital
