5% 醋酸溶液配合电灼联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的临床观察简

目的观察在醋酸溶液外用指引下,电灼后并皮损局部注射干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的复发情况。方法将确诊的尖锐湿疣患者分为三组,治疗1组单纯用电离子治疗仪去除可见疣体;治疗2组在外用5%醋酸溶液后,用电离子治疗仪去除可见疣体及典型的醋酸白试验阳性的亚临床感染病灶;治疗3组在治疗2组治疗的基础上予病灶基底部局部注射重组人干扰素,隔日一次,每次100万U,连续3周。随访半年,比较三组的复发率。结果复发率在治疗1组和治疗2组之间差异有统计学意义,在治疗2组和治疗3组之间差异也有统计学意义,治疗3组的复发率最低。治疗期间患者均无严重不良反应。结论在醋酸溶液外用指引下,电灼清除可见及亚临床感染的皮损并予局部干扰素注射能明显降低尖锐湿疣的复发率,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Combined the Interferon with Electric Surgery Under the Guidance of 5 % Acetic Acid Solution in Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To observe the relapse of condyloma acuminatum in the treatment with acetic acid solu- tion and the local injection of interferon and electric surgery. Methods Patients with condyloma acuminatum were as, signed to three groups, group 1 were treated only with electric ion for the apparatus warts; in group 2, after the topical 5 % acetic acid solution, the apparatus warts and the subclinical infection lesions were cleared with electric ion ; in group 3, on the basis of the treatment of group 2, interferon were injected in the local infection lesions, 100 million internation- al unit, once another day, for three weeks. The followups were 3 weeks, the recurrence rates in three groups were com- pared on months 6. Results There was statistically significant for recurrence rate between groups 1 and 2 ; the same re- sult was between groups 2 and 3, recurrence rate in group 3 was the lowest. There were no serious adverse reactions dur- ing the study. Conclusion Combined with acetic acid solution and local interferon injection and electric surgery treat- ment in condyloma acyminatum, for clearing the infection lesions and increasing the local immunity, is an effective therapy method.
