| 摘 要： | 目的：提出有移位髌骨骨折的术中分型及分型标准，探讨其与内固定方法的选择。方法：通过对３３２例有移位髌骨骨折患者的手术观察，按术中骨折部位及骨折块碎裂大小程度，将其分为Ⅰ－Ⅴ种类型，根据术中分型选择合理的内固定方法。结果：术后随访６个月－７年，按宁氏疗效评定标准评定，优良率达９１％。结论：有移位髌骨骨折的术中分型及分型标准具有全面，准确，简明和实用等优点，利于术中内固定方法的选择及预后判定，具有重要

| Abstract: | Objective Toset up a classification for displaced patellar fracture in surgical operation,and discussthe selection of internal fixations.MethodsBased on the observation in 332 patients insurgical operation,the displaced patellar fractures were classed into I to V typesaccording to the site and comminution of the fracture,then a suitable intenal fixationmethods were selected for each type.Results The patients were followed up from 6 monthsto 7 years.According to Ning's evaluation standards,excellent and good rate was91%.Conclusion This classification for displaced patellar fractures is simple,correct andfeasible for selection of internal fixation and evaluation of the prognsis,and also has animportant significance for clinical application |
