药物雾化治疗疱疹性口炎的临床研究

目的:观察超声雾化吸入治疗疱疹性口炎的临床疗效。方法:86例疱疹性口炎患者随机分为两组,雾化组46例采用地塞米松、病毒唑、庆大霉素、靡蛋白酶超声雾化吸入治疗;对照组40例采用洗必泰及西瓜霜喷剂一般对症处理。结果:雾化组溃疡、充血、疼痛改善值均大于对照组;平均病程(5.01±1.27)d,明显短于对照组,总有效率91.31%,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:药物超声雾化吸入治疗疱疹性口炎能明显改善症状、减轻病人痛苦并能缩短疗程且无明显不良反应,是治疗疱疹性口炎的较好方法。

The curative effects of supersonic steam therapy for herpetic stomatitis

Objective:To observe the curative effects of supersonic steam therapy for herpetic stomatitis.Method:86 patients with herpetic stomatitis were randomly divided into two groups: 48 patients with herpetic stomatitis were treated with supersonic steam therapeutic and 40 patients with herpetic stomatitis were treated with routing therapeutic as the control.Result: The improvement of ulcer size,pain and hyperemia in steam therapy group was much greater then that in control group and the average disease course were shorter in steam therapy group than that in the control group.The total effective rate of the steam therapy group was 91.31%,and the differences between the steam therapy group and the control group were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supersonic steam therapy is considered to be an effective treatment for herpetic stomatitis.
