^125I放射性粒子组织间植入联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的研究

目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺125I放射性粒子瘤内植入联合紫杉醇、顺铂（TP方案）化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床应用价值。方法将110例患者随机分为3组,125I组36例,单纯125I放射性粒子瘤内植入,化疗组38例,单纯紫杉醇、顺铂（TP方案）化疗,联合组36例,125I放射性粒子瘤内植入联合紫杉醇、顺铂（TP方案）。治疗后2、3、6、12个月观察三种治疗方法疗效,并对其疗效及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗后2、3、6、12个月：联合组肿瘤体积明显小于其余组（P〈0.05）;联合组有效率和控制率高于其他2组（P〈0.05）。不良反应联合组与化疗组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论通过临床观察,125I放射性粒子瘤内植入联合TP方案化疗具有优势互补作用,科学、有效、不良反应低,提高了肺癌患者的生活质量及生存率。

The research of CT-guided interstitial 125I seeds implantation combined with chemotherapy in treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of CT-guided percutaneous embedding of 125I seeds combined with chemotherapy(TP scheme) on non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 110 patients were randomly divided into three groups,the 38 patients in the implantion group recevied interstitial 125I seeds implantion only,the other 38 pations in the chemotherapy group recived TAX+DDP intravenous chemotherapy,and the 36 patients in the combination treatment group recived interstitial 125I seeds inplantation combined with chemotherapy.The therapeutic efects and adverse reactions on the 2ed,3rd,6th,12th month after the treatment were observed and compared among the three groups.Results After the treatment of 2-month,3-month,6-month,12-month,The tumour size in combination treatment group was significanytly less than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).The effective rate and the contral rate in combination treatment group were significantly highjer than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between combination treatment group and chemotherapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of interstitial 125I seeds implantation combined with TP chemotherapy has the effect of mutual complement of advantages,which is scientific,effective,with little adverse reaction in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer,which can enhance patients’ life quality and survival rate.
