| 摘 要： | 本文报道了“赛优杀”(CUZ)对德国小蠊的毒效测定结果,其LT_(50)为6.8天,95％可信限为6.36～7.24天;用“灭蟑螂蚂蚁药”作对照试验,结果LT_(50)为4.45天,经统计学检验,两者无显著差异(t=0.66 p>0.05)。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the determined result of toxic effects of CUZ against Blattella germanica in laboratory. It indicates that the LT50 was 6. 8 days. Whose 95% confidence limits was 6. 36-7. 24 days. The "cockroach and ant bait" was used for contrastive test. The LT50 was 4. 45 days. The results shows that both insecticides against Blattella germanica is no significant difference (t = 0.66 p>0. 05). |
