2005年宝鸡市口腔诊疗机构消毒工作状况调查

目的]了解宝鸡市口腔诊疗消毒工作的现状，提出加强口腔诊疗消毒工作的对策。方法]对宝鸡市市区内开展口腔诊疗活动的个体诊所、职工医院进行监督检查，并对口腔诊疗器械消毒效果进行检测。结果]45家医疗机构中，超核准诊疗科目范围开展口腔诊疗活动的占59．26％，使用过期消毒剂的医疗机构占到15．56％，采购消毒剂时索取产品生产企业卫生许可证及有效卫生许可批件复印件者占4．44％，口腔诊疗器械消毒效果检测合格率为76．75％。结论]宝鸡市口腔诊疗消毒工作状况令人担忧，应加大监督检查力度，促进医疗机构提高口腔诊疗消毒工作质量。

Investigation on Current Situation of Disinfection in Stomatosis Clinics of Baoji City in 2005

Objective]To explore the current situation of disinfection in stomatosis clinics of Baoji, in order to make measures for supervision on clinics disinfection. Methods]To investigate the privately owned clinics and staff-worker hospital which had stomatosis departments,and test the disinfecting effect of medical equipment. Results]45 stomatosis clinics were investigated,the clinics which had diagnosis and treatment items out of licenced scope covered 59.26%, clinics which used disinfeetors over period of validity accounted for 15.56 %, clinics which asked for copies of health licence for products when bought the disinfectors covered only 4.44%, and the qualified rate of disinfection for medical equipment was 76. 75 %. Conelusion]The current situation of disinfection in stomatosis clinics of Baoji was poor,supervision and inspection on it should be strengthened in order to improve the quality of disinfection for stomatosis clinics.
