| 摘 要： | 目的探讨红霉素与阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2008年1月到2011年4月于本院进行治疗的300例小儿患者为研究对象,通过症状、体征检查及辅助检查确诊为小儿支原体肺炎后,将其随机分为观察组(红霉素与阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗组)150例和对照组(阿奇霉素治疗组)150例,后将两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生率进行统计及比较。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05,有显著性差异,而不良反应发生率两组患者比较,P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论红霉素与阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效好,值得在临床推广应用。
