| 摘 要： | 目的 观察易瑞沙单药治疗化疗失败的晚期肺腺癌的疗效和不良反应.方法 42例化疗失败的晚期肺腺癌患者口服易瑞沙250 mg,1次/d,直至病情进展或出现严重不良反应.结果 42例患者中完全缓解(CR)2例,占4.76%,部分缓解(PR)25例,占59.52%,稳定(SD)10例,占23.81%,进展(PD)5例,占11....
