两种途径中心静脉置管对重症胰腺炎患者CRRT治疗效果的影响

目的探讨两种途径中心静脉穿刺置管术对重症胰腺炎患者CRRT治疗效果的影响及优缺点。方法对60例分别应用颈内静脉及股静脉穿刺置管术的SAP患者资料进行回顾性分析,观察相关并发症和血液净化时最大血流量等。结果颈内静脉置管较股静脉置管血流量充足(P=0.0002),且感染率(P=0.0384)及血栓形成率(P=0.0195)均较低。结论颈内静脉置管是SAP患者CRRT治疗的首选血管通路。

The Effects of the Central Venous Catheterization Via Two Accesses on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy(CRRT) of Severe Acute Pancreatitis(SAP) Patients

Objective To analyze and explore the effects of two ways of central venus catheterization and to observe the advantages and disadvantages of two pathways for blood purification treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） patients.Methods Sixty severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） patients undergoing central venus catheterization by internal jugular vein way and femoral vein way respectively in the third hospital affiliated to Suzhou University,Changzhou first people′s hospital were analyzed retrospective1y to observe and study the correlative complications and maximal blood flow.Results The internal jugular vein way has adequate blood flow and lower incidence of infection and thrombus compared with femoral vein way.Conclusions Internal jugular venus catheterization is relatively an ideal blood access for continuous renal replacement therapy（CRRT） of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP） patients.
