脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A_2活性与缺血性进展性脑卒中危险因素关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨缺血性进展性脑卒中密切相关的新的炎症标志物脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2活性(Lp-PLA2),及其在缺血性进展性脑卒中的发病风险及预防性治疗上作用。方法连续收集2008年1月至2010年11月间入院的急性脑梗死患者,所有患者均测定血清Lp-PLA2活性、WBC、血糖、血压、hs-CRP及凝聚参数等指标,按照1∶1匹配原则选取同期门诊体检者作为正常对照组。结果缺血性进展性脑卒中组的证实Lp-PLA2活性和浓度升高与后来的血管事件的发生是密切相关,缺血性进展性脑卒中组Lp-PLA2水平、血白细胞(WBC)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体、血脂及血糖水平均高于正常对照组,而凝血酶原时间低于正常对照组。结论 Lp-PLA2可以作为与缺血性进展性脑卒中有关的新的炎症标志物,Lp-PLA2浓度的高低与缺血性脑卒中的发生呈一定的正相关关系。

Abstract:Objective The research aims to explore ischemic progressive stroke is closely related to the new inflammatory markers lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 activity(Lp-PLA2),and discussed the Lp-PLA2 has the risk of deeloping and preventative treatment effect in ischemic progressive stroke.Methods?Collect the Material cases between January 2008 and Novembre 2010 in Sansui Hospital Affiliated of Guangdong Medical College.All cases are acute cerebral infarction patients wih the first attack in hospital within 7 days.All patients were determined the Index including Serum Lp-PLA2 activity,WBC,Blood sugar,Blood pressure,Hs-CRP,Condensing parameters,etc.According to the same half-and-half matching principle of outpatient medical selected person as normal control group.Results?The Ischemic progressive stroke group confirmed Lp-PLA2 activity and concentrations was associated with subsequent vascular lesions are occurring closely related.The Ischemic progressive stroke group Lp-PLA2 activity,blood WBC(WBC),Allergic C-c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),fibrinogen,D-dimers,Lipid,Blood glucose levels are higher than normal control group.Conclusions?Lp-PLA2 can serve as new inflammatory markers in ischemic progressive stroke.Lp-PLA2 concentration on the occurrence of ischemic stroke a certain positive correlation.
