急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克的诊治分析

目的探讨急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克的临床治疗效果。方法对张家港市第一人民医院急诊科收治的25例急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析和总结。结果经应用溶栓治疗、机械通气、应用血管活性药物、抗凝药物等相关治疗和处理后,19例患者抢救成功,抢救成功率为76%。结论急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克病死率高,早期诊断,积极预防和治疗,可降低心源性休克的病死率。

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Cardiogenic with Shock

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acute myocardial infarction combine with cardiogenic shock.Methods 25 cases collected in the first people＇s hospital of Zhangjiagang emergency department of acute myocardial infarction combine with cardiogenic shock in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results After application of fibrinolytic therapy,mechanical ventilation,vasoactive drugs,anticoagulation drugs and related treatment and processing,19 patients were successfully rescued,the survival rate was 76%.Conclusion The mortality of acute myocardial infarction combine with cardiogenic shock is high,early diagnosis,actively prevention and treatment,can reduce the mortality rate of cardiogenic shock.
