| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期康复治疗对老年脑卒中患者生活能力的影响。方法选取2005年1月至2010年12月于本院老年康复科进行治疗的62例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组(未早期康复治疗组)30例和观察组(早期康复治疗组)32例,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1、3个月的ADL评分、Fulg-Meyer评分、FIM评分进行统计及比较。结果观察组治疗后1个月及3个月的ADL评分、Fulg-Meyer评分、FIM评分均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论早期康复治疗可以显著改善老年脑卒中的生活能力,效果明显,较受欢迎。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation of elderly stroke patients life ability.Methods January 2005 ～ December 2010 in hospital aged 62 rehabilitation elderly patients to treat stroke patients studied were divided into control group（not the early rehabilitation group） 30 cases and the observation group（early rehabilitation group） 32 cases,after two groups of patients before treatment and 1,3 months after treatment ADL score,Fulg-Meyer score,FIM score for statistical and comparative.Results After treatment,1 month and 3 months,ADL scores,Fulg-Meyer score,FIM scores were better than the control group,P0.05,significant difference.Conclusion Early rehabilitation can significantly improve the ability of elderly stroke of life,the effect is obvious,more popular. |
