| 摘 要： | 培养质量是研究生教育的生命线，而研究生导师团队的水平是决定研究生培养质量的关键因素。严格导师遴选、规范导师选聘、实行导师团队开放性与稳定性相结合的原则、积极开展学术交流等是建设一支优秀的研究生导师队伍，提高研究生培养质量的关键。

| Abstract: | Quality is the lifeline of graduate education and the tutor team plays an important role in postgraduate training. To control the selection of tutors strictly, to implement the combination of openness and stability in tutor team, and to carry out academic exchanges actively are the keys to construct an excellent tutors staff and to ensure the quality of graduate student training. |
