| 摘 要： | 目的观察支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)加抗菌药物灌注治疗难治性肺部感染的临床疗效。方法 240例难治性肺部感染患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予常规抗感染治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,行BAL加抗菌药物灌注。结果治疗组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为63.33%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BAL加抗菌药物灌注治疗难治性肺部感染安全有效,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) and antimicrobial agent perfusion in the treatment of refractory pulmonary infection.Methods 240 patients with refractory pulmonary infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with the routine resistance infection therapy,besides this,the patients in the treatment group received the treatment of bronchoalveolar lavage and antimicrobial agent perfusion as well.... |
