儿童康复科医院感染前瞻性调查与感染原因分析

目的探讨妇幼保健院儿童康复科医院感染率和感染原因。方法采用前瞻性调查方法,将调查时限内处于医院感染状态的病例进行统计分析。结果康复科住院患儿253例,医院感染发生率为18.98%;康复科患儿上呼吸道感染65例,占本病区感染部位构成的97.01%;康复科>1岁患儿医院感染发生率较高;1周岁内不同月龄段患儿医院感染率无明显差异;不同出生体质量、不同孕周患儿医院感染率无明显差异;患儿医院感染率随住院天数增加可明显增高。结论关注>1岁患儿医院感染发生;1周岁内不同月龄段、不同出生体质量、不同孕周患儿医院感染率无差异;适当缩短住院时间,可降低院感发生率。

Children's Rehabilitation Prospective Investigation of Nosocomial Infection and Infection Analysis

Objective To evaluate the incidence of nosocomial infection and infection causation in the child rehabilitation department in maternity and child health institute.Methods A prospective survey methodology,the survey within the time limit in cases of hospital infection in the statistical analysis.Results 253 cases of children hospitalized rehabilitation,hospital infection rate was 18.98%;Rehabilitation of 65 cases in children with upper respiratory tract infection,ward the site of infection attributable to the composition of 97.01%;Rehabilitation 1 year old children with a higher incidence of nosocomial infection;within 1 year old children in different age segments no significant difference in hospital infection;different birth weight,gestational age children were no significant difference in hospital infection rate;hospital infection rates in children increased with the length of hospital stay can be significantly increased.Conclusion SAttention 1 year old children with nosocomial infection;with different birth weight,gestational age within 1 year,children were no significant difference in hospital infection rate;appropriate to shorten the hospitalization time,can reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
