| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经胸乳入路腔镜手术治疗甲状腺疾病的价值。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2010年6月为31例患者行经胸乳径路腔镜甲状腺手术的临床资料。结果 31例手术均获成功,其中甲状腺腺瘤切除术5例,单侧甲状腺部分切除术9例,双侧甲状腺部分切除术17例。单侧平均手术时间62min,双侧平均95min,术中出血平均25mL,1例胸部少量皮下积液,无中转开放手术。结论经胸乳径路行腔镜甲状腺手术具有极佳的美容效果,值得临床推广应用。
